Return & refund policy
- Pre-Shipment Cancellation: You are free to cancel your order at any stage before it has been shipped. If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order after payment, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 6 hours of your purchase.
- Post-Shipment Cancellation: Unfortunately, once your order has entered the packaging and shipping phase, we are unable to cancel it.

- Non-Arrival: If your product has not arrived within 50 business days, you are entitled to request a refund or a reshipment.
- Incorrect Item: If you receive an incorrect item, you may ask for a refund or a reshipment.
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind about the product you have received, you can request a refund. Please note that the item must be returned unused, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Delivery Issues: We cannot offer a refund if non-delivery is due to your own actions (such as providing an incorrect shipping address) or exceptional circumstances outside of our control (like not clearing customs or natural disasters).
- Requesting a Refund: You can submit refund requests up to 15 days after the 50-day guaranteed delivery period has ended. To request a refund, please email us at email@example.com.
Once your refund request is accepted, we will process it, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
- Exchange Requests: If you would like to exchange an item for a different variant, please contact us before taking any further steps.
- Returning Products: If you need to return an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with images of the product to verify its condition.
- Approval Process: We reserve the right to approve or reject return requests based on the provided evidence.
- Return Window: You have a 15-day window to return an item from the date you received it.
- Approved Returns: If your return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us at your expense to the following address: Hulma Shops B.V., De Schuilplaats 31, 7943CG Meppel, the Netherlands.
- Receiving a Refund or Replacement: Upon receiving your returned item, we will process the agreed-upon refund or replacement.
